The colorful paintings of Irmi Scheitzach radiate pure beauty
and fascination. They pay tribute to life in the rainforest, to its silent
statements in the eternal cycle of change and renewal. The personal style of
the self-taught and her individual painting technique on silk – the play with
the light – impart iridescent brilliance and liveliness to her paintings. For
the past few years, she has been presenting her works to the public with great
success. After completing studies in graphic design in Munich and several years
of work in an advertising agency,
Irmi Scheitzach, who was born in
Mühldorf/Inn, Germany, in 1963, took the opportunity of bringing her
imagination to life in her distinctive paintings.
